  2. What were your observations from this past week as you put Philippians 4:6 into practice to pray about everything?

  3. This week we learn that we’re to fill our think circle (or meditate circle) with good thoughts rather than emptying our minds of thought. Why is so important?

  4. Read Joshua 1:8, Psalm 1:1-3 and Philippians 4:8 MSG. Share examples of the kinds of thoughts that keep your mind clear verses thoughts that cloud it.

  5. Read 2 Corinthians 10:4-5. Share some practical ways you keep your mind filled with healthy thoughts. What adjustments will you make to win the battle in this area?

  6. In closing, pray for each other for a healthy, peace-filled thought life.
